Here you can find the essentials about paying for an order at Sydney Home Collective, operated by Mumora Media LLC. If anything is unclear, please get in touch before or after placing your order.

Payment methods

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal Wallet. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout and can depend on your order, device, browser and payment eligibility. Select the option that suits you and follow the instructions from the payment provider.

Currency and total

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping to Australia is free. You can review your items and the total payable at checkout before you place your order.

When payment is taken

Your payment is authorised or collected when you place the order, according to the payment method used. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel is on its way. Please check your email address and order details at checkout so these messages reach you.

Payment security

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Payment details are processed by Shopify and the payment provider you select; we do not see or store your full card number. The information we use to process orders and enquiries is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after we receive the return. Your payment provider may take additional time to display a refund after it has been issued. See our Refund Policy for the return process and conditions.
